PocketBuilder stores your account, credit usage and purchase records to provide the service. Email codes are sent through Resend; payments are handled by Stripe. Account signup does not upload projects from your phone. For privacy questions or an account-deletion request, email Contact Us.

Purchases & receipts
Purchases made with this PocketBuilder account, on the phone or web. Free credit grants are listed under Credits & usage, not as payments.

No subscription or automatic top-up. You confirm payment on Stripe's secure checkout page. Credits appear after the server verifies payment; reopening this page never charges you.
View/download opens Stripe's official receipt. You can also request a receipt link at your verified account email. For payment problems or refund requests, contact support. Include the order reference, never card details. Disputed payments are marked separately and are not silently treated as refunds.
Change email
Verify the new address before switching. We notify your old address and sign out all devices. Credits, apps and purchases stay with your account.
Change password
All devices will be signed out. Local projects on your phone are not deleted.
Your account data
Your developer name and public app listings are visible to others. Your login email, credit history and receipts are private to your account and PocketBuilder administration. Card entry is handled by Stripe. Use the CSV downloads to export usage and purchase history.
Deletion requests are reviewed manually. We will explain what happens to published apps, credits and retained payment records before proceeding. Sending a request does not delete projects stored on your phone.
